There's no more grueling type of fast or cleansing diet than a pure water fast. On this fast, you can only have water. According to many alternative health experts, the health benefitscan be extraordinary. Fasting allows the body time to heal from all of the toxins and pollutants in our food and environment. Follow these steps below:



Day 1: Hissy Fit

Today!  I drank water until I urined out nothing but water.  My urine was so clear I thought I hadn't pee-pee'd yet.  Although I had some mind trauma.  My mind kept playing dirty tricks on me to eat.  I didn't though! I pressed on until the middle of the day.  That's when things started happening: I'd have dizzy spells accompanied by the shakes.  I realized I was drinking tap water (water from the faucet).  It contain lots of minerals and iron that was too, heavy for my body to handle.  So! For the next 2 days: I drank Ice Mountain Natural Spring Water.  That made a heck of a difference.

Day 2:  Shoot'n the Breeze

Okay Y'all! I must be "American's next Top Water Bubble Girl."  I have to say, "This water drinking for 3 days has it's perks."  Since switching to pure spring water! I can go another 3 days with no problems.  I haven't had the shakes nor have I had dizzy spells.  I hung out with my friends and they told me my face had a glow to it.  I was impressed! I knew right then-that I was doing something right.  Later in the day! One friend ask me if I were pregnant because I was using the bathroom so frequent.  I told her no! I was doing a 3 day water fast.  She asked me why! I told her it was for the benefit of cleansing my body of toxins and other food micro-organisms.  She is now doing the 3 day water fast with me! Good Job Girl.

Day 3: I can go another 3 days (LoL)

Last and final day is "On and Popp'n."  I have until mid-night tonight and my fast will cease.  My mom visited today and the first thing she said was, "Did you loose weight?"  I thought to myself! How can I possibly loose weight from drinking water for 3 days?  Prior to my fast! I had a physical for a pap smear.  They wrote my weight down on my card history and it said I weighed 140lbs.  Today! I weighed myself and it said I was at 130lbs.  Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat! I couldn't believe it! My mom can always tell when something is wrong with her children (she has 7 of us)LOL!!!!  I asked her how did she notice I lost some weight?  She said, "I didn't have a butt, and that my face seemed smaller."  I was kinda ticked off, because I am a sista! We cain't be loozen are Booty Tooties(LoL)....   

Okay! I almost gave in this evening.  I only have 3 hours let to eat real food.  But! Be careful what you eat after a fast for that long.  Try eating veggies, nuts, soups, yogurts, fruits and sauces (apple sauce), salads and etc  first.  You will gain all that weight back fast along with X-tra weight.  To keep me from eating the last few hours! I went to bed and woke up the next day (8:45am).  Technically, I did a 4 day fast.  But! I ate soon as I got up.  I ate a cup of simply orange (Orange Juice) with 2 toast slices and a granola bar.  I was fine.  My food taste so delicious.  I could tell you every ingredient without looking at the label.  That's how strong my taste-buds were.

Final Results: Good and the Bad

               The Good
1).  Skin is bright, supple and hydrated
2).  Weight Lost (for me 10 lbs.) Will vary per person
3).  Lots and lots of compliments
4).  Feel better and look better
5).  Your mental disposition is keen and open (better thinking)
6).  Stomach muscle shrinks! You don't eat as much! May cause more weight lose un-intentionally
7).  You have no desire for unhealthy foods
8).  You rid yourself of bad habits: Smoking, drinking alcohol, cursing or swearing and etc.
9).  Detoxifying
10). Many Many More..............


            The Bad
1).  Booty Shrinkage! (Varies Per Person) LoL.........
2).  You have to get up in the middle of the night (about 5 times) to pee-pee
3).  Diarrhea out the old toxins and stuff.  FYI: (That happens the first full day drinking water)
4) . Dizziness and fatigue

Now you see! The Good out weighs the bad here.  Go drink your pure water and get rid of weight.  It Works! I didn't plan to drop any pounds. But! I did.
